Here at Ningbo Hongyi Pipe & Valve, our 10 R&D staff develop one to three new products a month. Several times a year, consultants from Switzerland teach our staff the latest techniques for handling this equipment and material. Producing 800,000 Meters of Pipes Monthly
We have the highest production capacity in mainland China. Every month we turn out 800,000 meters of PP-R and PEX pipes and an equal amount of composite pipes for your large orders.
Our Laser Welding Machine Means Precision Pipes
We use only the best equipment and materials when manufacturing our products. These include a $3 million laser welding machine from Swisscab and Sabic Vestolen P 9421 polypropylene. Our pipes have passed the 8,760-hour Bodycote Polymer AB Institution quality test, and have a lifespan of more than 50 years.
